Job Summary

The General Surgeon is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and surgically treating patients with a wide range of conditions affecting the abdomen, gastrointestinal tract, soft tissues, skin, breast, thyroid, and other general surgical conditions. The surgeon provides pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care while ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Surgical Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients with surgical conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures within the scope of general surgery.




- Conduct pre-operative assessments and obtain informed consent.
- Provide comprehensive post-operative management and follow-up care.
- Manage surgical emergencies and trauma cases as required.
- Interpret diagnostic investigations, laboratory reports, and imaging studies.
- Coordinate referrals to other specialties when necessary.
- Ensure accurate surgical documentation, operative notes, and discharge summaries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹87,129.94 per hour
