Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for a broad range of accounting, financial management, and banking-related tasks, including:
Accounting & Financial Management
- Overview and management of accounting data
- Payroll processing and management
- Auditing of invoices and financial records
- Preparing quarterly financial statements and analysis
- Conducting project-to-project profitability analysis
- Payment processing with a 3-step invoice verification system
- Monthly/quarterly ledger scrutiny
- Managing vendor and supplier relationships
- Inventory management
Banking & Cash Flow Management
- Managing daily banking activities
- Maintaining relationships with banks
- Handling document requirements for banking transactions
- Bank reconciliation and mitigating overcharges
- Operating expense management
- Cash flow management and project-to-project fund planning
Compliance & Regulatory Work
- Ensuring MCA,
Income Tax, TDS, and GST compliances
- Managing vendor contracts and agreements
- Collaborating with other departments for financial coordination
- Preparing regular financial reports for management
Qualification:
- Education: Inter CA/B.Com/M.Com
- Experience: 3-5 Years
