- Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize workflows and enhance overall project delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data processing.
- Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in data engineering environments.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
