We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to connect with existing clients over phone calls for service follow-ups, customer feedback, and payment reminders related to consultations, gemstones, and other services. The role involves maintaining positive client relationships, addressing basic queries, ensuring timely follow-ups on pending payments, updating customer records, and coordinating with internal teams when required. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a courteous and skilled approach, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and confidence.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
