Job Title: Branch ManagerJob Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with robust leadership skills, a proven track record in financial or operational management, and a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Leadership: Direct all operational aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor branch staff to achieve their full potential and meet performance goals.
- Sales & Growth: Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to increase the branch’s market share, acquire new clients, and retain existing ones.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, track profit and loss (P&L;), and ensure the branch meets or exceeds quarterly and annual financial targets.
- Compliance & Safety:



Ensure the branch strictly complies with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in management, business development, or a similar leadership role (banking, retail, or logistics experience is a plus).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of basic accounting, budgeting, and P&L; management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
