We are hiring an experienced Senior HR Manager for a leading organization in the Manufacturing & Railway Infrastructure sector.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in Manufacturing/Plant & Project Site HR

Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & Labour Laws

Hands-on experience in KRAs, KPIs, Performance Appraisals & HR Policies

Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
