Job Title: HR Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience, primarily focusing on recruitment, interview scheduling, employee database management, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring skills and excellent coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

.1. End-to-End Recruitment:

Handle the complete recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers until the position is successfully closed.

2. Candidate Sourcing:

Source potential candidates through job portals like Naukri, professional networks such as LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

3. Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensure proper communication, and collect interview feedback for further process.

4.



Recruitment Reports & Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and prepare recruitment reports using tools like Microsoft Excel.

5. Candidate Follow-up & Communication:

Regularly follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer updates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Experience in HR databases, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
