HOD / Senior Lecturer – Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the academic and administrative activities of the Diploma Mechanical Engineering Department.
- Plan and monitor curriculum delivery, laboratory/workshop operations, examinations, and academic quality.
- Guide and mentor faculty members while promoting skill development, innovation, and industry-oriented learning.
- Coordinate student projects, industrial visits, internships, training, and placement activities.
- Ensure compliance with AICTE, the relevant State Board of Technical Education, and institutional guidelines.
- Oversee departmental planning, laboratory/workshop development, budgeting, documentation, and accreditation activities.
- Support admissions,



student welfare, and other institutional initiatives.

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, as per AICTE/State Board norms.
- Relevant teaching and administrative experience.
- Robust academic, administrative, and leadership skills.
