About the Role

We are looking for a *Senior Digital Marketing Executive* with deep expertise in *Google Business Profiles - GBP*. You will own the end-to-end management, optimization, and reinstatement of GBP listings for multiple clients/brands. This is a night shift role to align with US/UK client timings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Business Profile - Management & Optimization

- Create, verify, and optimize GBP listings for multi-location businesses
- Keyword research, category selection, services, attributes, Q&A;, posts, products
- Upload photos, videos, manage reviews, and maintain NAP consistency
- Track GBP insights: calls, direction requests, website clicks, and improve CTR

2. GBP Reinstatement & Suspension Handling

- Diagnose and resolve GBP suspensions: Hard suspension, Soft suspension, Spam
- Prepare and submit reinstatement requests with proper documentation
- Work with Google Support to get listings reinstated quickly
- Implement guidelines to prevent future suspensions

3. Local SEO & Performance Marketing

- Manage citations, local backlinks, and local landing pages




- Run Google Ads Local Campaigns + Call Ads to support GBP
- Monitor competitor GBP strategies and Local Pack rankings
- Use tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Whitespark

4. Reporting & Client Coordination

- Create weekly/monthly reports on GBP performance, ranking, and leads
- Coordinate with clients during night shift on calls/emails
- Identify opportunities for new locations, duplicate removal, and spam fighting

Must-Have Skills

- Experience: 2-4 years in Digital Marketing with 2+ years focused on Local SEO & GBP
- Expertise: Hands-on experience in *GBP Reinstatement* - must have 5+ successful cases
- Tools: Google Business Profile Manager, GA4, GSC, Google Ads, GBP API basics
- Knowledge: Google Guidelines, Local Ranking Factors, Review management, Spam guidelines
- Skills: Analytical, Detail-oriented, Good English communication for client calls
- Other: Basic knowledge of website CMS - WordPress, schema markup for local SEO

Good to Have

Experience managing 50+ GBP listings

Knowledge of multi-location brand management

Experience in Healthcare, Legal, Real Estate, or Franchise verticals
