Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the Global Compliance product line, aligning with the company's goals and market demands

- Define a transparent vision for the compliance products and their role in supporting our customers' regulatory needs

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate compliance requirements into user-friendly and effective software solutions

Customer-Centric Approach:

- Establish strong relationships with key customers to understand their compliance challenges and needs

- Incorporate customer feedback into product design and development, ensuring solutions resonate with the market

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements

Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders





Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal, Computer Science, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

- Proven experience of 5+ years in product management, preferably in compliance-related products or industries.

- Must have experience building cloud SaaS and/or data visualization products.

- Must have experience building software products for Indian and International customers.

- Good to have (not required) Finance/Compliance experience (professional or academic)

- Deep understanding of global compliance regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

- Experience in successfully developing and launching software products from concept to market.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Prior experience with compliance software, risk management, or related fields is a plus.
