- Solid knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
