Job Summary

WMS BY Role Summary: The Senior Techno-Functional Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring scalable and efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Development & Customization: Develop and maintain BY WMS solutions using Java , MOCA commands , Page Builder , and Jasper Reports .Customize workflows for inbound , outbound , and inventory management processes.Write rollout scripts and maintain technical documentation. Integration: Integrate BY WMS with ERP systems (e.g., SAP , Oracle , Infor , Microsoft Dynamics ) using APIs , EDI , and middleware tools like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft .Collaborate with hardware integration (e.g., RF scanners). Functional Consulting: Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Lead or support end-to-end BY WMS implementations and upgrades.Document interface specifications, functional designs, and data flows. Support & Optimization:



Provide Tier 2/3 support for WMS issues.Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.Train IT and supply chain staff on WMS tools and reports. Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain leadership and offshore support teams.Participate in Agile/DevOps environments and project planning. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , Industrial Engineering , or related field. 7+ years of software development experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS .Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.Experience with Java , SQL , .NET , Python , and JDA Integrator .Familiarity with EDI , REST APIs , and system integrations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Jasper Reports , IBM iSeries , and middleware platforms .Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .Robust data analysis skills using SQL , Excel , etc
