We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and certified Gym Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will help members achieve their fitness goals by providing personalised workout plans, ensuring proper exercise techniques, and creating a protected and motivating workout environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and understand members' fitness goals.
- Design personalised workout and training programs.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe use of gym equipment.
- Monitor members during workouts and provide motivation and guidance.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training and group fitness sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym floor and equipment.
- Assist in member engagement, retention, and fitness consultations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Certification in Personal Training or Fitness Training preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, cardio, and exercise techniques.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and customer service.
