Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management Support:
- Quality Control:
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
- Technical Support:
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure work is carried out correctly.
- Provide technical advice to construction workers and subcontractors as needed.
- Assist with site surveys, measurements, and other technical activities.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on site progress.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with project documentation.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve minor technical issues that arise in office.
- Assist in resolving any construction-related disputes or conflicts in coordination with senior engineers and project managers.
- Material and Equipment Management:




- Assist in managing the supply and delivery of materials and ensure they are used effectively.
- Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of site equipment and tools.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 0-2 year of experience in a construction or engineering role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
