Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of customer inquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.

Order Management

- Process sales orders and coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled as per agreed timelines.

Customer Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and address their concerns promptly.




- Coordinate with key clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Support

- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Schedule meetings, customer visits, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Prepare presentations, product information, and marketing materials when required.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and product launches.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Maintain CRM data, customer records, and sales performance reports.
- Monitor pending orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Generate reports for management review.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
