Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to conduct employability and professional development training for students. The ideal candidate should be passionate about training, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to deliver engaging, interactive learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver soft skills and employability training sessions.
- Train participants in communication, personality development, workplace etiquette, interview skills, and presentation skills.
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, mock interviews, and classroom activities.
- Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance records and training reports.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure successful program delivery.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.




- Valuable classroom management and participant engagement skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive and activity-based training sessions.
- Knowledge of employability and workplace readiness skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Soft Skills, Employability, or Corporate Training preferred.
- Prior experience in college or corporate training is an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Chennai or nearby locations are preferred.
