JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth execution of civil works at our Jamnagar project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work execution as per approved drawings
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor manpower deployment, material usage, and site productivity
- Report daily work progress and highlight site issues to the project team
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
- Assist in maintaining site discipline and timely completion of assigned activities
- Coordinate with QA/QC, store, and procurement teams for uninterrupted site operations

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI (Civil)




- 5–8 years of experience in building construction projects
- Experience in industrial, or commercial projects will be preferred
- Good understanding of construction drawings and execution practices
- Strong leadership, coordination, and workforce management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation will be an added advantage

Additional Information:

- Full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar, Gujarat
- Candidates from the civil construction industry will be preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
