The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will lead the MEP team from Kochi, providing high-level support for projects in the UAE and KSA. This role involves overseeing the entire commercial lifecycle of MEP services—from initial estimation to final account—while mentoring a team of Junior Quantity Surveyors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Duties of the Job
All types of projects including Buildings & Infrastructure. Duties include:

Pre-Contract Services (UAE & KSA Support)

- BOQ Preparation: Produce comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting services.
- Estimation & Cost Planning: Prepare cost estimates based on the Company’s Cost Data, which shall be provided for UAE & KSA.
- Tender Analysis: Manage the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts. Review and analyze tender submissions from GCC-based subcontractors and provide commercial recommendations.

Post-Contract Services (UAE & KSA Support)

- Provide necessary support for all post contract services including Evaluations of Variations and Payment Applications, preparation of Cost Reports, etc.

Skills

- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Sound knowledge of CostX is an added advantage.
- Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements (Including Certification requirements)

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Stream

Experience in Years Specific Experience in Region

- 5-7 Years
- Min. 1 Year Middle East experience is preferred

Salary Package & Benefits

Commensurate with the qualifications and relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
