About the Role

KridhanshTech Solutions is looking for enthusiastic MBA/BBA Freshers and Final-Year Students who are passionate about business development, client communication, and building professional relationships.

In this role, you will connect with businesses across various industries to understand their technology requirements and help generate opportunities for our IT services, including Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Applications, AI Solutions, ERP Systems, UI/UX Design, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Marketing.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical industry experience while working with a fast-growing IT company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients from different industries.
- Generate IT project leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, social media, and online platforms.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Maintain lead records and follow up with prospects.
- Assist in preparing proposals and business presentations.
- Support sales and business development activities.





Eligibility

- MBA (Marketing) Freshers
- BBA Freshers
- Final-Year MBA/BBA Students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and online research.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
