Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at Olive Builders & Developers. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, and generating quality leads. The candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain project details and company offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversion.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer responses.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling/telemarketing experience (real estate preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM/Excel.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
