Job Description:

- A day in the life of an Infoscion
- As part of the Infosys consulting team your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues diagnose problem areas design cutting-edge solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight
- You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise
- You will plan the activities of configuration configure the product as per the design conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
- You will conduct solution product demonstrations POC Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines
- Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers

Key Responsibilities:





- Provide L1 L2 support for Mainframe systems z OS TSO ISPF and or middleware platforms
- Monitor system performance and handle alerts incidents and service requests
- Perform basic job monitoring scheduling and batch support JCL
- Support middleware tools like WebSphere JBoss or MQ basic admin tasks
- Assist in user access management and security compliance
- Support restart activities log checks and issue troubleshooting
- Follow ITIL processes incident change request management
- Maintain documentation and operational runbooks

Technical Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Mainframe concepts JCL z OS datasets
- Basic exposure to Middleware WebSphere JBoss MQ
- Understanding of batch processing and job monitoring
- Familiarity with ticketing tools ServiceNow Remedy
- Basic troubleshooting and log analysis skills

Mainframes->MQSeries on Mainframe(Mainframe MQ),Middleware->IBM Websphere MQ Server(MQ)(WMQ),Middleware->Tomcat Servers,Middleware->Weblogic
