We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and learner-centric **TGT English Teacher** to inspire young minds and foster a love for language, literature, communication, and critical thinking. --- ## Position **TGT English Teacher** ### Location Birla Open Minds International School, Chapra ### Reporting To Vice Principal / Principal --- ## Key Responsibilities ### Academic Responsibilities - Teach English Language and Literature to middle school students as per the school curriculum. - Design engaging lesson plans that promote creativity, communication skills, and critical thinking. - Foster reading habits and literary appreciation among students. - Conduct assessments, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback. - Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction. - Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs. ### Student Development - Promote confidence, curiosity, and effective communication skills. - Mentor students and encourage participation in debates, elocution, dramatics, creative writing, and literary activities. - Ensure a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. - Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth. ### School Engagement - Participate actively in school events, assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities. - Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
