Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Languages:
- English (Fluent)
- Hindi (Fluent)
- Telugu and/or Tamil
Added Advantage:
- Marathi and/or Malayalam
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support/Client Relationship.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and basic CRM/MS Office knowledge.
