Requirements:

- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- 3–5 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on experimental design and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft tools including Excel, Power BI, and especially Copilot
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and R for end-to-end data workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience using statistical and machine learning methods to drive decisions
- Demonstrated success leading A/B testing and other experimentation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical rigor
- Strong communication skills for translating complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic workplace
- Naturally curious, creative, and solution-oriented
