* Prioritize tasks effectively and manage resources efficiently.

3. Problem Solving and Decision Making

* Focus on solutions rather than assigning blame when issues arise.

* Make timely decisions under pressure.

* Balance practical “jugaad” solutions with systematic processes.

* Anticipate risks and prepare alternative approaches.

4. Leadership

* Motivate and guide team members toward project goals.

* Take responsibility for setbacks and give credit to the team for successes.

* Resolve conflicts professionally and without ego.

5. Technical Understanding

* Possess a basic understanding of the products, processes, and technologies involved.

* In this context, understand glass work, metal fabrication, and electrical installations.

Travel & Client Interaction:

·9 Willingness to travel across India and abroad for site visits and client meetings (valid passport required).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
