15. Worksheets/Reporting Tools like MS Excel - Pivots/VLOOKUPs/Macros/Graphs
16. ERP packages like PeopleSoft (HR or Financial Module) (good to have)
17. ATS tools like Hirecraft/Tallint/Taleo (valuable to have)
