Role: Senior AI Developer
Experience: 8-12 Years
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Build enterprise-grade solutions leveraging LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, and other foundation models.
- Develop and optimize RAG architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Design and implement AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and business processes.
- Build APIs and microservices for AI model consumption and inferencing.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model performance.
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models where required.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and data engineers.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices across the organization.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Technical Skills
AI / Machine Learning

- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Experience implementing RAG solutions.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflows.
- Prompt Engineering expertise.
- Model evaluation, observability, and monitoring.

Programming

- Robust proficiency in Python.




- Experience with Java/Spring Boot is preferred.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.

AI Frameworks Tools

- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LlamaIndex
- Hugging Face
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search)

Data Engineering

- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Data pipelines and ETL processes
- Apache Kafka or event-driven architectures
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Cloud Platforms

- Azure (preferred)
- AWS or GCP
- Kubernetes and Docker

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI development experience.
- Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and system architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and AI governance frameworks.
- Experience building Copilot-style assistants and conversational AI platforms.
- Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML, or equivalent certifications.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
