We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar mounting structures and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar EPC companies, contractors, and distributors
- Promote and sell solar mounting structures (ground mount, rooftop structures, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in solar, steel, or industrial products)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of solar mounting systems and renewable energy market
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in solar industry or EPC sales
- Technical knowledge of solar structures and installations
- Existing network in renewable energy sector
