- Department: Production Foundry
- Openings: 1 Position
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Design
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience on a foundry shop floor

Main Duties (What you will do)

- Shop Floor Work: Work daily on the foundry shop floor to check and fix pattern layouts and rigging.
- Problem Solving: Find and fix pattern and tooling problems during production.
- Reduce Rejections: Work hard to lower the number of rejected parts caused by bad patterns or tools.
- Handle Tasks Alone: Take responsibility for your own engineering projects and daily shop floor tasks.
- Shift Work: Be ready to work in rotating shifts to keep the factory running.

Skills Needed (What you must know)

- Blueprint Reading: Must be positive at reading patterns, drawings, and method designs.
- 3D Scanning: Knowing how to read and use 3D scan data to check patterns is a big plus.
- Key Skills: Good problem-solving skills, careful eye for detail, and the ability to work well alone on shifts.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
