Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with strong project management capabilities to oversee the end-to-end setup of ImmverseAI's upcoming office in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will act as the central coordinator between architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and company stakeholders, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and as per the desired quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Drive end-to-end execution of the upcoming office project.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions.

Architect & Contractor Coordination

- Coordinate closely with architects for design, layout, approvals, and execution.
- Work with contractors and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track execution against approved drawings and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and review meetings

Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.




- Obtain quotations and compare commercial proposals.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Track vendor performance and deliverables.

Documentation & Property Management

- Maintain all project-related documentation.
- Coordinate and track property documents, agreements, approvals, and records.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and project reports.
- Support compliance and statutory requirements related to the property.

Budget & Reporting

- Track project budgets and expenses.
- Validate contractor and vendor bills.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and leadership updates.
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
