Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller Manager to lead our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling education sales, and the ability to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the telecalling team.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate telecallers to improve conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads generated through digital marketing.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain sheet and daily performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
- Handle escalated customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales,



with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Training industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievements.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Experience managing remote telecalling teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
