- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP system installations, upgrades, and patching activities.
- Ability to monitor and maintain SAP system health and ensure high availability.
- Familiarity with database administration and integration related to SAP systems.
- Skilled in automating routine tasks and improving operational efficiency.
