Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified English Teacher for PRT for Adithya Global School - CBSE School .

- The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree along with a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in English. The role demands a strong command over English language and literature, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success.
- Prepare lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards.
- Conduct classroom instruction through engaging and interactive methodologies.
- Evaluate students through regular assessments, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties.
- Promote reading habits and literary appreciation among students.
- Maintain accurate student records and report progress to parents/guardians.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers, subject heads, and administrative staff.
- Encourage student participation in debates, elocution, writing competitions, and literary clubs.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops,



and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in English (B.A./M.A. in English)
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) – Mandatory

Experience:

- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the primary & secondary level in CBSE syllabus

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000/- per month

SKILLS:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Sound knowledge of grammar, composition, and literature
- Classroom management and student engagement strategies
- Technological proficiency (smart classes, online teaching tools, MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.)
