IITGJobs.co.in Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing team in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office)

Role: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Eligibility: Only Women Candidates

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end corporate client acquisition, from lead generation to client onboarding.

✅ Conduct professional product presentations via Google Meet.

✅ Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

✅ Understand client requirements and recommend AI-based HR solutions.

✅ Achieve acquisition, conversion, and revenue targets.

✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

✅ Manage client accounts, follow-ups, CRM entries, and productivity reports.

✅ Handle client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.





Required Skills:

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

✔ Knowledge of social and professional networking platforms.

✔ Self-motivated with a passion for business development and client relationship management.
