Position: Production Supervisor (2 positions)

Qualification: Diploma in Plastics, Polymers, Mechanical, Electrical, or CIPET; BE Mechanical

Experience: 2-4 years and 3-5 years (respectively)

Job Description:

- Essential knowledge of production supervision.
- Essential knowledge of manpower handling.
- Essential knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and ERP operations.
- Essential knowledge of multitasking, quality awareness, and safety.
- Essential documentation of ISO and other QMS like EMS & OHSAS.
- Preferred knowledge of mechanical & electrical maintenance, PLC, SCADA software.
- Preferred knowledge of lean manufacturing, JIT, and SMED.
- Preferred knowledge of control plans, flow charts, FMEA, and PPAP.

Key Skills:

- Strong production supervision skills
- Effective manpower handling
- Proficiency in 5S, Kaizen, and ERP operations
- Ability to multitask with a robust focus on quality and safety
- Experience with ISO, EMS, and OHSAS documentation
