Job Description

- Assist in conducting internal audits and compliance reviews across business functions
- Evaluate internal controls, policies, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Document audit findings and track the closure of corrective actions
- Support the maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Participate in ISO 27001 audits and monitor compliance with information security requirements
- Assist in identifying information security risks and implementing control improvements
- Support risk assessments related to operational, compliance, and information security areas
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen controls and operational efficiency
- Monitor and follow up on audit observations and action plans
- Prepare audit reports, compliance summaries, and MIS dashboards
- Maintain audit documentation and supporting evidence in line with audit standards
- Support management reviews by providing audit and compliance-related insights

Skills Required

- Valuable understanding of internal audit principles, compliance requirements, ISO frameworks, and information security audit practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify process gaps and compliance risks
- Effective verbal, written,



and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation, and audit tracking
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint for preparing audit presentations and management reports
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, maintain audit documentation, and adhere to established audit methodologies and compliance processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Information Security, or related functions
- Postgraduate freshers possessing a valid ISO 27001 Internal Auditor Certification are also encouraged to apply
- ISO 27001 Internal Auditor Certification is mandatory
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, internal control frameworks, and compliance monitoring processes
- Prior exposure to market research services, professional services, or consulting operations will be an added advantage
