Job Summary

Ambica Hind is seeking an experienced MIS & Data Management Specialist with strong expertise in Google Sheets, MIS reporting, data management, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and improving company-wide MIS systems, creating automated reports and dashboards, and ensuring accurate, timely, and structured business reporting across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain company-wide MIS reporting systems using Google Sheets.
- Create and manage reports for departments including Production, HR, Sales & Marketing, Inventory, Purchase, Operations, Costing, and Finance.
- Develop automated dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
- Build interconnected spreadsheets using advanced formulas and automation.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights for management.
- Standardize reporting formats and improve existing MIS processes.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Continuously improve data management systems for operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications





- Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS reporting and data management.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of functions such as QUERY, FILTER, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Charts, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting.
- Experience developing automated and interconnected MIS systems.
- Knowledge of Google Apps Script is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and managing a scalable MIS ecosystem for the organization, taking ownership of reporting systems, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
