Job Responsibilities:

Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market, DSA, builders and connector channels.
Generate new customer acquisition and achieve monthly business targets.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, builders and referral sources.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth login-to-disbursement process.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility:

Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP or Mortgage Sales.
Experience in sourcing through DSA, Builder or Open Market channels is preferred.
Robust knowledge of the local mortgage market.
Candidates from Banks or NBFCs preferred.
