We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR executive to join our team in Kalyan, This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring we attract and hire high-quality talent aligned with our organisational

goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms

- Schedule and conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

- Screen and assess candidates for role suitability and cultural fit

- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position Bilivin Education as a preferred

employer

- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Handle joining formalities and conduct employee inductions

- Manage attendance tracking and support basic HR operations

- Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for candidates

Qualifications & Skills





- Proficiency in full life-cycle recruiting and hiring processes

- Robust interviewing and candidate assessment skills

- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing

- Knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and pipeline creation

- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is an

added advantage

- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
