Job profile:

1) Set out, level and survey the site.

2) Check plans, drawings and quantities required.

3) Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.

4) Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, quality department and the general workforce involved in the project for smooth functioning of work.

5) Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

6) Plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

7) Should be able to operate Auto level / Dumpy level.

8) Should be able to operate Total Station.

9)



Should be able to document Bar bending schedule.

10) Should be able to check steel.

11) Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.

12) Prepare reports as required (DPR sheet).

13) To complete construction projects as per engineering design and documents and confirming specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
