The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of Rahul Motors. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to ensure smooth business operations and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all administrative and office-related tasks efficiently.
- Attend customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Manage and respond to leads generated through online portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with customers regarding motorcycle availability, pricing, documentation, and appointments.
- Update and maintain online listings on various motorcycle sales platforms.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and other business documents.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of deals.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers at all times.
- Support management in daily operational activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, internet browsing).
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business and online sales platforms.
- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
