Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 support for PAS-X/MES systems, including troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with ITIL best practices.
- Perform application/system management, including monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including documentation and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Manufacturing, QA) to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain system documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and change management records.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Must-Have

- Strong experience in MES (PAS-X knowledge is mandatory).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Experience in system/application management and support.
Understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.

Good-to-Have:

- Additional expertise in PAS-X configuration/administration.




- Exposure to GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Familiarity with SAP integration with MES.
