Location: Rajpath - Rangoli Road, Off S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Manage offer rollout and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Exposure to Software Development and Telecom/Solar industry hiring will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and Gratuity will be an added advantage.
- Education: HR course/MBA HR or equivalent; Having knowledge of IT preferred
