Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Placement Manager to lead corporate partnerships and student placement activities across the assigned region. The role involves building strong employer relationships, driving campus recruitment initiatives, ensuring high placement conversion, and achieving a minimum 90% student placement rate.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Relations & Business Development

- Identify, approach, and establish new corporate partnerships for student placements across the assigned region.
- Strengthen and renew existing employer tie-ups to ensure consistent hiring opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and business leaders.
- Conduct corporate presentations, business meetings, and employer engagement sessions to generate placement opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and employer engagement programs.

Placement Operations

- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives across all assigned centers.
- Coordinate hiring activities with employers from industries including:
- Aviation
- Hospitality
- Airport Ground Services
- Travel & Tourism
- Customer Service
- Retail
- Other service industries
- Manage interview schedules, employer coordination, candidate assessments, and recruitment logistics.




- Ensure seamless execution of placement drives and timely closure of hiring requirements.

Student Placement & Employability

- Drive a minimum 90% student placement across the assigned region.
- Monitor placement performance and implement action plans to improve placement outcomes.
- Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to align student skills with industry expectations.
- Mentor students on interview preparation, career planning, and employer expectations.

Stakeholder Management

- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all regional placement-related corporate interactions.
- Collect employer feedback and collaborate with academic and training teams to improve student employability.

MIS & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, interviews, placement drives, and student placements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on placement performance, employer engagement, and target achievement.
- Track placement KPIs and provide regular updates to the National Placement Head.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- New corporate partnerships established.
- Corporate tie-up renewal percentage.
- Minimum 90% placement achievement across assigned centers.
- Number of campus recruitment drives conducted.




- Number of students successfully placed.
- Employer satisfaction and retention.
- Achievement of regional placement targets.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, or Training & Placement functions.
- Experience with educational institutions, skill development organizations, aviation, hospitality, retail, or vocational training sectors will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid corporate networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving placement and hiring targets.
- Good understanding of recruitment and campus hiring processes.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and MIS management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
