Qualification: Diploma/BE in (EEE /ECE)/ ITI fresher or 1 to 2 years Exp in printing industry

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.

 Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and determine appropriate solutions.

 Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.

 Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.

 Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment.

 Keep accurate records of service activities, including equipment repairs and customer

interactions.

 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and support.
