Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and draftsmen throughout project life cycle.
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure compliance with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) by-laws, Development Control Regulations (DCR), NBC, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare design concepts, working drawings, and detailed architectural documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for project integration.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and statutory authorities for design approvals and project clearances.
- Conduct regular design reviews, ensure quality standards, and timely delivery of drawings.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and team members.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and ensure smooth workflow across teams.

Skills & Competencies Required:

- Strong expertise in high-rise building design and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of Pune city building by-laws,



zoning regulations, and statutory processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design software.
- Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination ability.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch / M. Arch).
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architectural design with focus on high-rise projects.
- Should have handled end-to-end design development and statutory approval processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict timelines.
- Age below 40 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
