We are looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Lead to drive cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, deployment reliability, and operational excellence across our engineering teams.

Role Overview

Job Title: DevOps Lead
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Bangalore / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management.

- Lead infrastructure automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Manage containerization and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using monitoring and logging tools.

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release and deployment processes.

- Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, performance optimization, security, and disaster recovery.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues across environments.

- Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with organizational security and governance standards.





- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and drive technical best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as:

- EC2

- S3

- IAM

- VPC

- RDS

- Lambda

- CloudWatch

- ECS/EKS

- Route 53

- Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.

- Good understanding of networking, system architecture, and cloud security best practices.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer) are an added advantage.

- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Familiarity with security and compliance practices in cloud infrastructure.

- Exposure to AI/ML deployment workflows is a plus.
