* Solid knowledge of corporate laws, governance, and compliance.
* Handling all Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
* Handling Legal & Secretarial Matters
* Liaison & Coordination with auditors & Govt. Authorities
* Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
* Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
*Support in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
* Prepare and file returns and reports as per regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
