- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
- Explain the features and advantages of our Cloud Workflow AI software.
- Schedule and conduct online/offline software demos.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate customer data, follow-up records, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Follow up with clients after demos and convert leads into customers.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate technical issues when required.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, demo, and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
