- - BOM Validation, Plan of record validation
- TCF / Assembly Process sheet writing , operator work instructions creation, .. Preferable knowledge on Automated Manufacturing Planning System (AMPS)
- Station wise part allocation / Scroll preparation and validation
- PFC/PFMEA & control plan update and validation
- Design validation ( To validate Assembly feasibility requirements)
- Error Proofing/ poke yoke , Part Complexity control experience
- Design to Manufacturing / Simultaneous engineering
- Strong Cross functional alignment setup and negotiation skill
- Tool Validation, Collision / Interference validation, Facility validation, Agile simulation study
- Strong in analytics, Excel, excel - formula and micro soft office 365
